Note that if the reports are correct (which seems likely), HyperCard 2.0 will be out before summer and it will have built-in commands which make it easy to see what text was clicked on. That being the case, you may want to just wait. I've done this myself, and I am eagerly waiting to throw out this unpleasant code. Just finding the line is easy, but anything more sophisticated, like cross-referenced scrolling text, is painful. (Albeit an engaging and satisfying programming problem.) The multiple font and style support should also make it easy to indicate to the user which text is clickable.
