Hi, I've got kind of a strange problem. We've got a large system of stacks that serves as a kiosk (or information center) for our library. When the system sits idle for a certain period of time (currently about 5 minutes) it goes into "attractor mode". In "attractor mode", it simply cycles through some predetermined set of cards, pausing on each card for a few seconds, waiting for a new user to approach and click the mouse. (This severs to show potential users the kinds of information contained in the system.) The problem is that each time through this loop, HC is loosing about 1K of heapSpace, and after about 1 1/2 hours HC locks up and we have to reboot. Does anybody have any ideas? I decided not to post the script which does this "attractor mode" in this first message, thinking that someone would have a general answer. However, if it would be helpful to see the handler, let me know and I'll post.
