[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] Can HC peek pixels on screen?

I have a simple question. Does HyperCard have a function which peeks
a specified pixel on screen and returns black or white, ex. peek(x, y)?
Any idea on peeking screen by HC would be appreciated.
