If you didn't get it, send me mail & I'll try again. I got the following bounces: big!ben@uunet.uu.net This person will have to send me another path if he wants the stack. descalan@bbn.com ianf@random.se I think these bounces were due to temporary down time; my mailer might even resend the mail later. I'm not sure, though. If you want the polybutton stacks but were disuaded by my cries of martyrdom ( :> ), go ahead and mail me a request. I've sent out almost 40 copies, and it hasn't been too bad. It looks like it will be a while before the stacks appear on sumex, but I might be able to get them on apple.com or some other site sooner. If you like these XFCNs, please send words of praise. Doing so might encourage me to finish the 'PolyEdit' XFCN :> (so you can edit polybuttons with more than 30 nodes, for example). If you don't work at apple, you can skip the rest of this article. It describes how to get the polybutton stacks off of a public server on apple's engineering net. If you have a Macintosh hooked up to the engineering net at the Apple campus: Look in the zone VG-6/West Select the server 'Ninsai' Mount the volume 'Chatsubo' (You can get on as a guest) Look in the 'public' folder. Somewhere inside public you will find a folder that has hypercard stuff. Inside the hypercard folder you will find a folder that has XCMD stuff. The first XCMD folder is "Official" XCMDs. Don't look here. There is another folder of XCMDs, and this one has a folder called "Polybuttons". I'll probably change the name of this folder to "Polybuttons by Greg Anderson" just to be unambiguous about it. Grab this folder and you're all set. ___\ /___ Greg Anderson ___\ /___ \ \ / / Advanced Technology Group \ \ / / \ /\/\ / Apple Computer, Inc. \ /\/\ / \/ \/ greggor@apple.com \/ \/
