[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] Hypercard programming book recommendations

This has no doubt been asked 100 times....

I would like recommendations for a Hypercard programming book.  I am
an experienced programmer and Mac user, but haven't spent much time
with Hypercard.  And I am presented with a potential contract using
Hypercard.

Anti-recommendations would also be appreciated.  (E.g. "Avoid book
XXXX!").
