As mentioned in a previous posting, if you have insufficient memory and open a stack with a bigger window (using ...in new window) after starting on a std size card, the new window is sized down to the standard dimensions and the scroll tool appears. However, I've found that in these marginal memory situations, opening the stack with the large screen size before opening the smaller card size stack produces the desired results. I wonder if this reveals a HC 2.0 memory management bug?
