[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] XCMD/XFCN for MACTCP with HC2.0

Does anyone have information about how I can obtain XCMDS/XFCNS
that allow me to use MACTCP from HC2.0. I need to convert a couple
of stacks... Some notes to go along with them would be useful too..
