I just tuned in to comp.sys.mac.hypercard again and caught the tail end of a discussion on printing mailing labels using HyperCard 2.0. It seems that several people have had trouble with this but that (perhaps) their problems have been solved. If someone would be so kind as to send me a synopsis of the solution, I would greatly appreciate it. Specifically, my problem is trying to print onto standard 11/16 " high tractor-feed mailing labels with a separation of 1/16 " between labels. In the "Print Report..." dialog, I'd like to tell HyperCard to print each card's worth of information in an area .9375 " high (= 11/16) with each area separated by .0625 " (= 1/16). But the closest numbers I can get are .937 and .062. This is not close enough. I get fairly rapid label creep. In fact, I'd probably be happy with any combination of label height and separation that added to one inch but none seems available. What's going on here? Printing onto these labels was a piece of cake in HyperCard 1.2. Charles
