I pisted this message a few days ago, the responses I have been getting are toinclude a full path name of the file and application:

on mouseUp
open "ECS Operations:OpsDoc:OpsGuide:Section I Emergency Procedures"
with "ECS Operations:Applications:MSWord 4.00B:Microsoft Word" --invoke dialog box
end mouseUp

What I want is to not open a specific file but to just open a folder and have
the user pick which file he wants from the dialog box. When I include the
full pathname like above I get a dialog box asking where "ECS Operations:OpsDoc:OpsGuide:Section I Emergency Procedures" is but the dialog box is in the Hyper
Card folder, I want it to be in the "Section I Emergency Procedures" folder. If
anyone has a clue please Email me or Post.
