Can anyone tell me if there is a way to permanently change the browse (hand) cursor in hypercard to another shape (like the arrow). I know about "Set Cursor to", but that only changes the cursor for the period that a handler is running. I know that to change the browse cursor shape represents a departure from the standard user interface for hypercard, but I have a faculty member here who says he has observed to many beginners make clicking mistakes with the hand cursor and that he arrow pointer is used more reliably. He also wanted to change the browse tool to a "?" shape for the help feature of his stack... including pulldown menus. He has been unsuccessfull trying to use Resedit to change the browse cursor.
