[comp.sys.mac.hypercard] palette resources - how, what, where?

One gathers that there exists some way of creating and editing PLTE
resources for Hypercard 2.x. It could be an application; it could be
an extension to ResEdit; it could be a Hypercard stack.

I want it. Where is it?

I did it by downloading a 3rd party stack designed for that purpose. I
understand there is also a Claris stack (my complete HyperCard 2.0 manual
by Danny Goodman says one would be released) but I can 't confirm that.

When Hypercard is purchased from Claris Corp, it includes a stack called
'Palette Maker' which provides creation/editing, etc of Palettes (PLTE's) for
HC 2.x. There is also a TMPL for PLTE's floating around, but the Palette Maker
stack is a much better approach.
