Howdy Folks - just gotta quick one for ya.. I'm writing a stack that will be sold in the fall and I need a way to more or less copy-protect the stack (actually the entire disk itself). Passwording will not be appropriate in this application, what i'm looking to do is more like what GuardDog does...actually lock the files in place on the disk (i.e. you can't even move them on the desktop.) However, I'd like to give the user two chances to open the prog before I "lock it down". Is there a XCMD or something out there that anyone knows of that will let be adjust those file attributes (like resedit would do - i assume that is how this is done) from a script? Thanks in a major way! Mike ( the Disneyman) 8(:^>)
