I am working for an instructional lab development group, and have been asked to work on a presentation using hypercard and Farallon's ScreenRecorder for a group which may provide us with additional funding if we can impress them well enough. Does anyone have experience using the ScreenRecorder system, and do you know how well the colorization capability of Farallon's MediaTracks package works? The Presentation will have tapes of LabVIEW, which is in color, and is set up so that without the colors, it gets confusing. We are also having some problems with the MacRecorder package Farallon sold us, in that we can't seem to get the full range out of the inputs. When we turn the recording level up past a certain point, any sounds are blanked out by what would appear to be gain noise. I would greatly appreciate any advice that other (more experienced) HC users would have on how to polish the presentation or make it more effective. Warren Murphy
