A while back I mentioned that info-futures was going over USENET as part of the new 'inet' distribution (which basically turns all ARPAnet discussion lists into USENET groups for those who accept them.) Apparently the distribution is getting quite wide now so if you receive comp.society.futures in your USENET distribution you are encouraged to send me a note (to info-futures-request@bu-cs.bu.edu) so that your individual mailing can be dropped from this list. It's a waste to send all those individual mailings AND the USENET copy to the same machine. The future seems to be in news groups! -Barry Shein, Boston University
