If my analysis is correct, the circuits themselves would still be quite vul-
nerable to EMP.  But it would be easier to harden them: simply enclose them
in a grounded net of warm superconductor mesh.  The mesh would drain off the
EMP charges without going over its own magnetic flux density threshold.  Because
the chips would be composed of delicate elements, they would be much easier
to overflux than the outer meshwork.
