The Institute of Television Engineers in Japan is sponsoring a
short paper contest on the theme of 21st Century Television.
Papers should be approximately 2000 words, written in English,
and deal with technical aspects of the future of television and
television technology. Authors must be engineers and researchers
under 40 yrs. of age.
