[comp.society.futures] Need some more info

Hello, I happened to chance upon an the Mar. 19 issue of the Chicago
Tribune comics, and spotted a mention in the Ripley's Belive it or not
strip of the 200x saucer-shaped craft that is propeller driven.
It is being designed and tested by Paul Moller -- some guy in California
somewhere -- who wants to "put one in every garage."

I was wondering if anyone out west has seen any more of a mention of this
guy in the local papers or heard of him on the radio or TV. If so, tell
me in which city he lives so that I might try to contact him.

Hmm, but how do I make this applicable to csf ? Well, I guess it's a
futuristic design for an aircraft -- maybe we can power it with a little
Mr. Fusion. If he's serious about making it readila available to people,
I view that as a progressive mentality. I'm also interested in seeing how
up-to-snuff our "futuristic" inter-national forum is in terms of making any
information available to anyone in a short amount of time. I thought it was
interesting how the reporting of the fusion breakthrough was handled, and now
I'm sort of testing the net to see what other sorts of communications proper-
ties/attributes it has... Before I get flamed, let me also say that I only
get a partial feed here, and so thought this was the best group of the few
that we get (less than 50). If you would do me the courtesy of cross-posting
it for me if you think of a more appropriate group, I would be most
appreciative. Any thoughts or reflections would be welcome.
