Otherwise known as Dynabook! I fully expect that Alan Kay's dream
will come to pass. The only question is whether Apple (where Kay
works now) will do it or whether the Japanese will beat us to it.
Another way to look at it is as multiple views (bandwidth) into a
unified set of information resources for individuals (dynabook in
various form factors) and groups (CSCW, networks).

It is another perspective on the low-end/small form factor aspects
of this trend.
