There has been some mention of comp.society.futures on Internet, recently.
Please advise how to link with this, from any network, so that readers
may all be able to reach it.
While I am writing, I should mention that when the Proto-Type Journal, Vol.
1 No. 1 was distributed, a volunteer/subscription form which had been
attached to the end of the Journal was not posted. If anyone is interested
in either volunteering, or subscribing, please contact me with general infor-
mation concerning your interests, background, etc., and ideas for potential
involvement (especially in developing international networking, etc.).
It is interesting to note that info-futures abounds in subscribers who are
not only attached to communications bodies, but who are also linguists. This
is an intersting combination, and it is intriguing how many of you seem to
have strong backgrounds in both areas. More on this could be assessed by
comparisons of research interests, educational backgrounds, etc. I wonder if
you have now begun to communicate independently with one another?
