To the mail coordinator:
Recently I have noticed quite a large amount of news item coming from
"djy@inel.gov" do not contain a standard To: or CC: header. In fact, these
news items should be of the subscribed newsgroup "INFO-FUTURES". However,
the To: or CC: header does not consist of any indication about the newsgroup
info-futures. This causes very much trouble when extracting the mails for
posting to the Electronic Bulletin Board.
Could you advice a means to tackle this?
