At the risk of sounding like a heretic, I'll pose a question: why cyberspace? What could a consensual hallucination as a means of information exchange offer that couldn't be more economically provided by less flashy means (telnet, f'rinstance)? -- /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ \A tautology is a thing \ Nathan Tenny / The opinions expressed/ /which is tautological. / ...tektronix!reed!mojo \ may not even be mine. \ \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ FLAMES ANSWERED WITH NAPALM /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Well, it appears that we (Karl and I) are now the proud authors of the first cyberpunk video game. It didn't start that way, but Microillusions wrote a corny but appropriate cyberpunk background for it and put it in the manual. Look out for "Tracers", coming soon to an Amiga near you. So, in answer to the question: what does cyberspace look like? It looks like a video game. :->. -- -- Peter da Silva `-_-' ...!hoptoad!academ!uhnix1!sugar!peter -- "Have you hugged your U wolf today?" ...!bellcore!tness1!sugar!peter -- Disclaimer: These aren't mere opinions, these are *values*.
