Because he bought a known dose of a pure substance at a state controlled store to try, only to find out that he got much more out of sports and cold showers, or because he bought something from a criminal on the black market without instructions as to use or dosage ? If cocaine were legal, Bias would have tried it (once, twice or whatever) and found out that no chemical high can match life, and still be here. But because you silly rightist turkeys (obligatory flame :-) were so busy protecting him from himself, he payed a rather high penalty for a single lapse of ethics... wharf rat
