I am working on the learning aspects of the neural net model in computing
and would like to know what's happening in the rest of the neural net
community in the following areas:
  1) neural net models
  2) neural net learning rules
  3) experimental (analog, digital, optical) results of any kind with
     figures;
  4) neural net machines (commercial, experimental, any kind);
  5) any technical reports in these areas;
