[comp.ai.neural-nets] Relaxation labelling

I need references to implementation of
relaxation labelling algorithms on neural
networks. It seems such a thing should be
possible, since relaxation labelling is
also intimately connected to optimization
of a compatibility function (Hummel & Zucker,
IEEE PAMI, 1983), similar to Energy functions
in feedback networks.
