[comp.ai.neural-nets] The Connectionist Summer School in 89?

Does anyone know whether or not the Connectionist Summer School
is going to be held this summer at CMU? If it is, then I would 
appreciate it if I could find out to whom to apply and when (if
it isn't already too late).
