I am looking for conference proceedings in neural networks that I can use for a Machine Learning Class/Seminar this coming Fall. In the adverts that I get, I seem to see a lot of edited books containing chapters but no conference proceedings. Apparently, the major publishing houses (that advertise heavily) are not publishing these proceedings (which is unfortunate).
