Quite a while ago some people on the net were talking about several neural net textbooks that will come out soon. I would like to know if any GOOD ones are available now. In particular, I am looking for one written from a computer science perspective, which I may use as the textbook for a CS graduate-level class I'm going to teach. Thanks in advance.
