[comp.ai.neural-nets] Anyone know where I can get a neural net simulator?

Hi,
	I'm looking for a public domain program to simulate a 
	neural net (my main interest is to learn about such nets).
	Does anyone know of any FTP sites that might have such a
	beastie?  Does such a beastie exist?
