It comes with sample training & testing files and a user tutorial. Executables for various machines including DOS,VAX/Ultrix, Sun 3 are available. Just ftp to anonymous@gmuvax2.gmu.edu any password, cd to nn, set binary and get what's there. Source code in c, about 8K lines in 15 modules with documentation is also available for a small license fee. Contact the undersigned for details.
