[comp.ai.neural-nets] Implementations of Neocognitron available?

Are there any available implementations of the Neocognitron,
preferably  in C (for a sun workstation), or better yet, a version
which runs under the  rochester connectionist simulator?  We are
looking for a working implementation that we experiment with, and try
adding some extensions....
