I am looking for a character recognition bibliography. I am interested in all aspects of character recognition, i.e., preprocessing and segmentation, OCR, typewritten character recognition, handwritten character recognition, neural network based recognition, statistical and syntactic recognition, hardware implementations, and commercial character recognition systems. If someone out there has such a bibliography, or something that fits a part of the above description, I would appreciate receiving a copy.
