Does anymone know of any work for doing voice recognition using neural networks? Specifically, any article references on the topic that give an introduction and/or meathod of approaching the problem. Is it possible to approach the problem from the same standpoint that NETTALK does, that is to present a network with the digitized voice data and mapping that to the phonetic spelling? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
