I am currently researching neural networks with the aim of implementing a hand- written signature recognition system. I have heard that Leon Cooper ( @ Brown University ) has done extensive research into this field and has developed something called NESTOR. I have not been able to find any further information on the above and would therefore be most appreciative of any information either on what NESTOR is or does and where I might find papers etc on this work.
