Hello, I am looking for a following reference : Author : Schmidhuber J. Title : Accelerated learning in back-propagation nets. Year : 1988 Published as technical note of Institute for Information , Technical University of Munchen. West Germany. (This part of the reference is in German, Which I have translated into Englisbest of my Knowledge.) I would be interested in getting English translation of the article.
