i've taken the liberty of converting the mac postscript file into a straight adobe postscript format, and placing it for anonymous ftp from expo.lcs.mit.edu, (and if you have trouble with that, try 18.30.0.212 for the straight internet address.) it's in the contrib directory under scg.paper.ps.Z, so all you have to do is get it and uncompress it. (tell me if it doesn't want to work on your particular printer-- there is probably just a missing font or something of that sort that I really can't fix.) -rick ps - remember, this is a pre-print. i'm only doing this because of trouble some people had getting it from denmark.
