[comp.ai.neural-nets] wanted: references of NN for LP problems

I am working on a project developing a recurrent neural network for
solving linear programming problems. I would appreciate if somebody could
inform me of some references on this subject. I am aware of Tank and
Hopfield's, and Kennedy and Chua's work. And I am also aware of
Culioli et al.'s papers in the Proc. of IJCNN '90-WASH. Other
references are welcome. Thanks in advance.
