Dear Connectionists,
       I am looking for some references related to performing  predictions
       using Neural Networks.

       Simply stated the problem is to teach a network with a set of
       training samples corresponding to what happend in the past and
       in the present and then ask the network to predict about
       what will happen in the future?

      I will post a summary of responses as soon as possible.

Has there been any work done on the application of
Neural nets to Telecommunications, and in the area
of Network Traffic Management in particular?

I would appreciate any pointers to published articles/papers
on the subject.
