[net.micro] What in blazes is a dongle anyway?

     A ``dongle'' is a security device used to prevent program piracy.
The idea is to have something attached to the computer (typically
via an RS-232 port) which must be present or the program won't run.
It's less of a pain than most disk-oriented copy protection schemes;
hard disks and networks don't cause problems.
