[comp.ai.neural-nets] Kohonen Self-Organizing Feature Map

Hello world,

I am going to implement a Kohonen Self-Organizing Feature Map for 
pattern recognition of 2D Magnetic Resonance and Computed
Tomography images.

I like to have any information on this specific application and I like
to know if there are any implementations of this map, especially in
C or Pascal.
