I'm trying to get information on the successful application of neural
networks in a commercial environment. I'm pretty ignorant about the
whole subject, and the only thing I've ever heard about is a rumour that
American Express had successfully built a credit rating system with NN.
Could any one suggest any references where such case studies are
documented? I'll check out the list of introductory books that was
recently posted, but it would be helpful if any of you could point me in
the right direction.
