[comp.ai.neural-nets] References on NNs and Go?

Guszti.Bartfai@comp.vuw.ac.nz (Guszti Bartfai) (02/26/91)

Hello NNetters,

I've become interested in the possible application of neural nets in the
of playing Go. As I'm starting it from scratch, especially with
Go:-), I'd appreciate any references that could give me a quick start in
this topic. What I'm particularly interested in is the problem of
combining the two ways of computing (i.e. "neural" and "conventional") to
get the best out of them.

Thanks any help in advance.

Thanks for all the replies. As I've received many requests as well, I'll
post a summary as soon as I've tracked down all the leads.
