Does anybody have views on the book
Neural Network PC Tools
by R C Eberhat and
R W Dobbins
as a friend of mine is considering buying it for the information it contains
on the Khonanon (?) net. Should he spend his money on it or are they better
books or papers that he could look at. Also has anyone typed the code in that
they could email and save his poor fingers ( well every other part of him is
poor so why not his fingers :)
