 (*) To be confirmed.

All participants wishing to submit a contribution are requested to send
an abstract to the Organizing Committee no later than March 31.

The Proceedings of the Workshop will appear in the series "Proceedings
of the Elba International Physics Center" (ETS Publishing Co., Pisa).
Typing instructions for the preparation of the manuscripts will be
 distributed during the Workshop.

 REGISTRATION and ACCOMODATION

The Workshop fee is US $ 100, to be paid upon arrival. It includes a
 copy of the Proceedings.

The participants will be accomodated in Hotels (single and double rooms
with breakfast and half board are available) or in small apartments in
 Residences.

We ask you to confirm your participation and return the attached ac-
comodation form (preferably by E-mail or fax) no later than March 31.

 TRAVEL INFORMATION

Elba island can be easily reached from Piombino (two-three hours by
train from both Pisa and Roma). Train and boat timetables will be mai-
led to all participants when available. Boat tickets can be reserved
for the participants by the Workshop Secretary. We strongly recommend
this procedure to those willing to take their cars to Elba.

Lovers of the adventure can also fly to Elba. There are daily TRANSAVIO
flights from Pisa and Milano to Elba (Campo Airport),whose summer sche-
dule will be communicated to participants as soon as available.

A final circular containing more detailed information on the Workshop
program will be mailed in May.

We look forward to meeting you in Elba.
