** NEURAL NETWORKS AND COGNITION READING GROUP ** Electrical Engineering and Computer Science University of New South Wales The UNSW, Neural Networks and Cognition Reading Group is reconvening for 1991. The reading group meets regularly to discuss contemporary papers and issues in Neural Networks and Cognitive Science (and any- thing else of interest to the participants). It is an informal round table affair with a nominated speaker directing discussion through a preselected paper which may be borrowed from the School of Computer Science and Engineering Office for photocopying prior to the meeting A warm welcome is extended to all interested parties to attend when- ever possible. There are no pre-requisites beyond an interest and a will to participate. APRIL MEETING (11th APRIL) INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW OF NEURAL NETWORKS The first meeting will be some-what introductory and aimed at presenting a brief overview of Neural Networks to new members attending for the first time.
