I have been doing some work on nonlinear signal processing using Gaussian Radial Basis Function Networks. The problem I am having is determining the initial conditions on these equations to make comparisons to Moody or Platt. I have read the following articles and have not been able to locate the initial conditions nor the exact "window" of the time series that was used for the training and test sets.
