[comp.ai.neural-nets] please help...

Hi,
Is there any public domain, general purpose neural-net software?
A low cost package would also do...

Thanks a Gigabyte...

Peter.

I'm _really_ feeling stupid right now...

I believe someone posted an article in comp.ai.neural-nets about
making the tools used by Carver Mead in his book available.

It was supposed to use X-Windows. I marked it as unread, intending to
return later and now it is gone. I saved the entire set of articles
from comp.nn and could not find it.

If you know the article of which I speak, please do me a big favour
and mail it to me. It may be very useful.

Thanks in advance.
