Hi, Is there any public domain, general purpose neural-net software? A low cost package would also do... Thanks a Gigabyte... Peter. (I am temporarily using the account of a friend, but you can E-mail at this address)

I'm _really_ feeling stupid right now... I believe someone posted an article in comp.ai.neural-nets about making the tools used by Carver Mead in his book available. It was supposed to use X-Windows. I marked it as unread, intending to return later and now it is gone. I saved the entire set of articles from comp.nn and could not find it. If you know the article of which I speak, please do me a big favour and mail it to me. It may be very useful. Thanks in advance. :-( Ice. -- (1ST HYPERMEDIA .SIG) ; #include <black_rain.h> ; #include <robotron.h> "Ice" is a UW AI living at: ssingh@watserv1.[u]waterloo.{edu|cdn}/[ca] "The human race is inefficient and therefore must be destroyed"-Eugene Jarvis Visual component of .sig: Saito in the cafe doing some slicing in _Black_Rain_
