I'm wondering if someone out there has a *complete* collection of references
to one ore more of the following Conferences? (preferably bibtex or refer format)
  NIPS-88  Denver
  IJCNN-89 Washington DC
  IJCNN-90 San Diego
  IJCNN-90 Washington DC
  INNC-90  Paris
  IJCNN-91 Seattle

Or Journals:
  Neural Networks
  Neural Computation
  IEEE Transactions on NN 
    or other .....
