I have a box of 3M disks that says

SS,DD,RH single side, double density

Anybody know what the RH means?

	The RH means "Reinforced Hub"

The RH means "Reenforced Hub" -- the hub ring that virtually all
5.25" floppies have. The other strange 3M marking is "W/WP" which
means "With Write Protect" which appears on 8" floppies with a
write-protect notch.
