Hi, Ultrixnetters. I am presently supporting 24 users on an AT&T 3B2/400 and
have been offered a VAX 11/750 (8MB RAM, 2x300 MB HD, floating point
processor). I'm wondering if it makes sense to switch from the 3B2 to the VAX
running Ultrix. (In addition to purchasing Ultrix, we'd have to buy 20
ports.) Can you mail me your opinions? How much does it cost for an educ
inst to buy Ultrix? What other questions should I be asking?
