Hello Decusers,
I have a problem with my uucp connection using my Decsystem 3100 running
Ultrix release 3.1. This system uses a 6 pins phone-jack as the serial
interface. Digital supplied me a cable which does the conversion from 6 pins to 25 pins RS232.
This cable is connected to the PAD (X.25). Now I try to setup a
uucp connection to hp4nl (Dutch backbone) using this line.
Everything looks very nice, but when the change to the new line
dicipline is made I get the assert error. The protection of my tty
device is 666, owner uucp, group daemon.
This is the output of my Uutry script (number, name and password are not
correct) :

It allways worked and still works with my VAX 750 and my Vaxstation 2000
running Ultrix release 2.3
